Resin printing operates on completely different physics from FDM — photopolymer resin is cured layer by layer with UV light (MSLA/DLP) rather than melted and extruded. Monocure 3D Rapid Pro should be thoroughly shaken before use to suspend pigments evenly. Temperature matters: resin viscosity changes significantly with ambient temp — keep your resin and printer above 20°C (ideally 25–30°C) for optimal flow and adhesion. Recommended exposure settings: N/A (MSLA). After printing: wash in IPA or dedicated resin cleaner for 3–5 minutes, cure under UV light for 2–5 minutes per side. Always wear nitrile gloves — uncured resin is a skin sensitizer.
